Ryan Lochte has criticised British swimmers for being “too individually focused”, claiming they would perform better in the pool if they masked any disappointments for the good of the team.
I think this is a great article and it doesn’t apply to just the swimmers, but all athletes on the international stage! Sportsmanship and team attitude are #1… ALWAYS. Some of the gymnasts should take note.
