Dole® Restaurant Style Salads at Home
Dole in partnership with other brands was running a contest to giveaway their lettuce blends. In order to encourage trial of lettuce blends the consumer might not be comfortable buying the also offered recipes to give the winner meal ideas.
They wanted the website to be educational about the different partner brands and the ingredients within each recipe. So when the user would click on different parts of the image different ingredient pop-ups would tell the consumer about the ingredient and brand. The users could visit the site each day to see if they were an instant winner. The design was supposed to reinforce the quality ingredients being used in the recipes.
