After designing their corporate identity and other marketing collateral the CEO at RCSN wanted a new website. The website would have to engage viewers and quickly explain how their retained search efforts differ from others in the industry.
It had to be a place where two distinct groups could come online and interact with the brand in two very different ways. Potential clients had to be able educate themselves about RCSN’s unique executive search process. While future RCSN job candidates could get in touch with RCSN team members when a potential career posting became available.
